Advanced Training: Team Coaching

Advanced Training: Stress Prevention

 

Tools for working with stress and workload challenges

This training provides practical tools to support individuals dealing with stress and high demands, both in individual coaching and organizational contexts.

 

Topics include:

  • analyzing sources of pressure and strain

  • activating resources

  • prevention strategies

  • transferring insights into professional contexts

 

Objective: Support clients in developing sustainable stress regulation.

Advanced Training: Leadership Coaching

 

Methods for professionally supporting leaders

This program focuses on the specific challenges of coaching within leadership contexts.

  • clarifying roles and responsibilities

Advanced Training: Resilience Coaching

 

Tools for strengthening psychological resilience

This training focuses on the seven pillars of resilience, a key competence in times of change and uncertainty.

 

Topics include:

  • resilience models

  • resource-oriented work

  • working with inner drivers

  • self-regulation

  • strengthening self-efficacy

 

Objective: Support clients in building stability, resilience, and psychological strength.

 

Dates: November 9–11, 2026

Pricing model

 

The regular price for a continuing education course is €670 per course and per participant.
Former graduates of our training programs receive a reduced price of €500 per course.

 

Discounts are applied when multiple courses are booked at the same time. The discount is calculated on the total price:

  • 2 courses: 5% discount

  • 3 courses: 10% discount

  • 4 courses: 20% discount

 

These discounts apply to both the regular price and the alumni price and are automatically applied when courses are booked together. All prices are per person and per course.
