Why our training is different

Many coaching programs focus primarily on methods. Our approach also emphasizes mindset, process awareness, and professional responsibility. Coaching is not simply a toolbox of techniques – it is a professional capability for guiding and supporting others.

For this reason, the program places particular focus on:

  • developing a clear coaching identity

  • self-reflection and personal awareness

  • understanding systemic dynamics

  • ethical responsibility

  • confidence in facilitating processes

How learning takes place

The program is deliberately structured as a developmental learning process. Sustainable learning requires time, practice, and integration.

The training includes:

  • practical exercises and coaching simulations

  • live demonstrations

  • supervision

  • peer work

  • reflection phases

Training takes place in small groups, allowing for individual feedback, personal development, and intensive learning processes.

In this way, participants develop real competence – not only theoretical knowledge.

“Stilbruch impresses with high quality and unique ideas relating to coaching training and beyond, with strong and individual offerings. Here, new approaches are tried out, work is done sustainably, and all at a fair price. If you are looking for helpful coaching, strong training, and solid coaching training, this is the place for you!”
Tabea Lâle Görgü
“I particularly liked the content we learned during the training and how deeply we delved into it. I also liked the atmosphere within the group and how you ‘provoked’ it with little icebreakers or games and everything else that contributed to it. The learning and the meetings with the peer group were also extremely helpful.”
Kathrin Burdenski
“I learned so much for myself and for my work that year, which I can apply again and again in my private and professional life. The group was so great, I felt comfortable and seen. We covered a lot of content, were able to practice a lot, and we all grew tremendously.”
