"Leading as a Coach" is the training for young managers in dynamic companies and for managers who have entered the management role as specialists. How you learn at Stilbruch

Online Kick-Off – Fundamentals & Getting to Know Each Other
In an interactive online session, you will meet the other participants, exchange initial experiences, and receive an introduction to the fundamentals of coaching. Theoretical inputs will optimally prepare you for the in-person training week.

In-Person Week – 5 Days of Intensive Training
In a practical and dynamic learning environment, you will further develop your coaching skills. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and role plays, you will be able to apply leadership competencies directly.

Handbook – Methods & Tools for Everyday Practice
You will receive a comprehensive handbook with proven coaching techniques, communication strategies, and structured tools that you can immediately implement in your daily leadership practice.

Individual Coaching – Leadership Coaching for Sustainable Impact
After the in-person phase, you will receive five individual coaching sessions. These sessions will help you integrate what you have learned into your daily work, reflect on challenges, and further develop your role as a coach.

Online Start – The Basics & Getting to Know You

In an interactive online session, you will get to know each other as a group, exchange initial experiences and receive an introduction to the basics of coaching.

Initial theoretical impulses and reflections prepare you optimally for the subsequent week of attendance.

Face to Face Training

Day 1 - Values & Roles in Leadership

Reflect on your personal values and leadership role and align them within the corporate context.

Application Area:

Reflecting on your leadership style, identifying values within your team and company, recognizing differences, and deriving opportunities for your own leadership approach.

Day 2 - Communication & Conversational Skills

Communicate clearly and appreciatively, practice active listening, and provide constructive feedback.

Day 5 - Stress Prevention & Healthy Leadership Strategy

  • Drivers and belief systems in leadership roles

  • Practical transfer

Application Area:

Identifying and overcoming limiting leadership factors, reducing stressors, and integrating coaching into leadership in the long term.

Individual Coaching

In five individual coaching sessions, we will help you to put what you have learned into practice. You will receive targeted support to reflect on your experiences, deepen your coaching skills and strengthen your self-confidence in dealing with new methods. These sessions will help you to integrate what you have learned directly into your everyday leadership routine and to apply it sustainably. This will help you develop an authentic coaching style that suits you and your role.

On request: Accompaniment to a team meeting and a one-on-one meeting with subsequent supervision.

Duration of the training

20 days plus 6 days of peer group meetings and final project.

 

Cost

The pricing model for this training differs from others. Here, you decide the price based on your budget and the value you place on the training. This means that a small fee doesn't imply lesser value, but rather "this is what I can currently afford to make this training possible." To give you some orientation, training to become a systemic coach can cost up to 10,000 euros. For us, the threshold is 125 euros per training day (x 20 days = 2,500 euros total). Our comfort zone starts at 3,600 euros. For companies, there is a standard price of 6,000 euros. All prices include VAT.

 

Certificate

The certificate from Stilbruch Coaching is awarded in the form of a participation certificate after successful completion of the training: This requires signed proof of participation in at least 6 one-day peer group meetings and successful completion of the final project.

 

Further education at Stilbruch

All further education at Stilbruch is delivered by qualified trainers and coaches with extensive experience in their respective fields, capable of providing a valuable and meaningful learning experience for various target groups.

We are a sustainable training institute. All workshops and training held in our own spaces are conducted according to the Zero Waste concept. This means we use resources as efficiently as possible. You won’t find paper, flyers, or excessive plastic here. But a lot of reusable items will find a new place in your workshop.

We have the freedom to adapt to groups optimally and take the direct shortcut to the goal or use the detailed detour to present and explain things even better. For participants, this means: optimal learning conditions, ideal time management, and thus the best learning outcomes.
