Reiki

Energetic support for stabilization and regeneration.

Reiki is a form of energetic work that can promote relaxation and inner balance. During challenging phases of life, the body often reacts with tension, exhaustion, or inner restlessness. Reiki supports the body’s natural self-regulation and can help stabilize the inner equilibrium.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a practice of mindful hands-on energy work, where gentle touch is used to create subtle energetic impulses.

The aim is to harmonize the flow of energy in the body and reduce stress reactions.

Reiki does not replace medical treatment, but it can provide supportive and relaxing effects alongside other forms of care.

Possible effects

  • deep relaxation

  • stress reduction

  • support during periods of exhaustion

  • promotion of inner calm

  • stabilization during challenging phases of life

How a session works

Sessions take place in a quiet and calm environment. During the session, the client lies comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed. Gentle hand placements are used to create energetic impulses. A session typically lasts around 60 minutes.

Complement to coaching

Reiki can be a meaningful complement to coaching processes, especially when stress or emotional topics are experienced strongly on a physical level. It can help support relaxation, stabilization, and deeper integration during personal development processes.
