How do you learn at Stilbruch?
Online Start – The Basics & Getting to Know You
In an interactive online session, you will get to know the other participants, exchange initial experiences and receive an introduction to the basics of coaching. Theoretical impulses will prepare you optimally for the on-site week.
On-site week – 5 days of intensive training
You will develop your coaching skills in a practical and dynamic learning environment. You can apply leadership skills directly through interactive exercises, case studies and role plays.
Handbook – Methods & Tools for Everyday Life
You will receive a comprehensive manual with tried-and-tested coaching techniques, communication strategies and structured tools that you can implement directly in your daily management work.
Individual coaching – executive coaching for sustainable impact
After the classroom phase, you will receive five individual coaching sessions. These will help you to integrate what you have learned into your everyday work, reflect on challenges and further develop your role as a coach.

Individual Coaching
In five individual coaching sessions, we will help you to put what you have learned into practice. You will receive targeted support to reflect on your experiences, deepen your coaching skills and strengthen your self-confidence in dealing with new methods. These sessions will help you to integrate what you have learned directly into your everyday leadership routine and to apply it sustainably. This will help you develop an authentic coaching style that suits you and your role.
On request: Accompaniment to a team meeting and a one-on-one meeting with subsequent supervision.
Duration of the Training
20 days plus 6 days of peer group meetings and final project.
Cost
The pricing model for this training differs from others. Here, you decide the price based on your budget and the value you place on the training. This means that a small fee doesn't imply lesser value, but rather "this is what I can currently afford to make this training possible." To give you some orientation, training to become a systemic coach can cost up to 10,000 euros. For us, the threshold is 125 euros per training day (x 20 days = 2,500 euros total). Our comfort zone starts at 3,600 euros. For companies, there is a standard price of 6,000 euros. All prices include VAT.
Certificate
The certificate from Stilbruch Coaching is awarded in the form of a participation certificate after successful completion of the training: This requires signed proof of participation in at least 6 one-day peer group meetings and successful completion of the final project.
Further Education at Stilbruch
All further education at Stilbruch is delivered by qualified trainers and coaches with extensive experience in their respective fields, capable of providing a valuable and meaningful learning experience for various target groups.
We are a sustainable training institute. All workshops and training held in our own spaces are conducted according to the Zero Waste concept. This means we use resources as efficiently as possible. You won’t find paper, flyers, or excessive plastic here. But a lot of reusable items will find a new place in your workshop.
We have the freedom to adapt to groups optimally and take the direct shortcut to the goal or use the detailed detour to present and explain things even better. For participants, this means: optimal learning conditions, ideal time management, and thus the best learning outcomes.
